Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions and Brackett bring connected AI agents to manufacturing, logistics and fleet operations
Customers and partners on Bosch MPS integrations can now teach governed AI agents how their business works, so order entry, invoice matching and other cross-system workflows run consistently while their teams stay in charge.

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3, 2026 — Brackett, the Connected Agentic Workforce platform, today announced that Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (Bosch MPS) is making Brackett agentic AI available to its customers and partners in North America on the Bosch Logistics Operating System (L.OS). Manufacturing, supply chain, logistics providers, and fleet operators that already connect their systems through Bosch MPS, including the Lobster Data Integration Platform, can now add artificial intelligence agents that understand how their operations actually run and act on that data across their ERP, email, spreadsheets and more.
The pairing gives Bosch MPS customers and partners a connection layer and an intelligence layer in one place. Bosch MPS and Lobster move orders, EDI documents and system data reliably between partners. Brackett agents take it from there, applying the rules, exceptions and judgment calls that teams use every day, and bringing people only the decisions that need them.
What Brackett brings to Bosch MPS customers
Most operations still depend on people who know which customer sends orders in an unusual format, which invoice can be entered before every line is received, and when a payment should wait. Those rules are rarely written into any system. Brackett captures that complexity and turns it into artificial intelligence agents that run the work consistently, alongside the teams who taught them.
"Bosch MPS customers already trust Bosch to connect the systems that keep goods and vehicles moving. What they haven't had is a way to bring the judgment their teams apply every day into agents they can see into and control. Lobster brings the data in, and Brackett gives agents an understanding of how each business actually runs. The people who know the work stay the experts. They teach the agents, IT decides what those agents can touch, and every workflow makes the next one smarter. That intelligence belongs to the customer."
— Jaideep Sarkar, co-founder and CEO of Brackett, and an early developer of Microsoft Power Apps
"Adding Brackett to the Bosch Logistics Operating System (L.OS) marketplace gives our customers a practical path to agentic AI. Bosch brings 140 years of experience as a manufacturer and shipper, and today serves as the digital connectivity layer for the companies that move goods. Pairing that connectivity with Brackett agents that act on the data helps manufacturing, supply chain and logistics teams put AI to work on the everyday decisions that keep their operations running."
— Cameron Munger, head of go-to-market, Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions North America
With Brackett, Bosch MPS customers and partners can:
- Teach agents by showing the work. The people who run a process walk Brackett through it the way they would teach a new colleague, sharing the screens, spreadsheets and documents involved. No code or prompt engineering is required.
- Run judgment-heavy workflows on top of existing systems. Agents work with the ERP, inboxes and files already in place, and with data that flows through Lobster, rather than replacing any system of record.
- Keep IT in control. Every agent has an owner, a defined set of systems it can reach and an approval limit. Role-based permissions govern who can set rules, and every action is recorded in an auditable ledger.
- Get smarter with every workflow. Brackett agents share what they learn, so the second and third agent build on the first, and patterns that span several workflows surface for the people who run the business.
- Own the intelligence. The rules and knowledge the workforce builds belong to the customer, not to Brackett or a model vendor.
Example AI-powered workflows for Bosch MPS customers include:
- Order intake. Reading customer purchase orders that arrive by email as PDFs, text files or free text, and passing structured orders into the ERP through existing Lobster flows.
- Accounts payable matching. Reconciling purchase orders, receipts and invoices, including partial receipts and items held for inspection.
- Customer inquiries. Answering order status and ETA questions from ERP and shipping data.
- Carrier and fuel invoice audit. Checking charges against rates, trips and tax rules, and flagging what needs a person.
Availability
Brackett is available to Bosch MPS customers and partners in North America beginning November 3, 2026. Customers can start with a first-agent workshop, where a process owner walks Brackett through one workflow and leaves with a working agent built on their own rules.
