The models were ready, but the architecture around them wasn't. There was no way to capture how a business actually runs, no way to measure whether an agent had learned it, and no way for one agent's work to make the next one better.

You should know how good your agents are
Nobody deploys a hundred people without a way to tell who is performing. Agents deserve the same scrutiny, which is why we measure every one of ours and publish an open benchmark anyone can run.
Building an agent should not require an engineer
The people who know how a process really works are rarely the people who can code it. Until they can build agents themselves, the most valuable knowledge in a company stays out of reach.
The complexity of a business belongs in the system
